Anyone can win it among all wrestlers competing. It is a no disqualification match. Wrestlers can only be eliminate if they fall out of the ring with a condition that he should come out crossing the above rope. If a wrestler eliminate by 2nd or down rope it will not include in elimination. In earlier days winner of royal rumble used to having chance to fight for greatest title in Wrestlemania, But nowadays its on choice of Royal Rumble winner that for which title he wants to compete in wrestlemania. ...
